The portal operates on the principle of collecting only that information which is necessary for seva, donations, contact, project participation, or administrative processes. Personal details are not automatically published on the public transparency page.

Where consent is required, it will be obtained from the user by clearly explaining the purpose. Payment card or UPI credentials must not be stored in this portal database; when a live payment gateway is active, the secure hosted process of the gateway will be utilized.

Requests for record retention, correction, and removal will be handled in accordance with the Trust's approved policy and applicable laws
